How I Work

Focusing on the here and now, we'll work to increase self awareness, compassion, insight and care while simultaneously holding the larger context within which we meet, including ways that race, gender, class and culture impact our experiences and identities. We'll work to understand how you can nourish yourself, heal and make meaning of those experiences, ultimately moving forward with increased attention and capacity for joy in your life.
